Candidate Support Manager

Help change lives by supporting candidates through their Army recruitment journey, within the Army’s National Recruiting Centre
As a Candidate Support Coordinator you will work with regional recruiters to support candidates through the Army recruitment process.
This is a full time permanent role working 37.5 hours per week. This is a hybrid role working between home and onsite at our office in Upavon.

Job Description:

What you’ll be doing:

• Contacting and supporting a number of candidates who are currently going through their recruitment journey to join the British Army
• Managing your own pipeline of candidates using the internal recruitment system
• Adding clear and accurate candidate notes on the internal database
• Taking ownership of your personal performance targets
• Regularly suggest appropriate ideas to improve people processes and customer service
• Engaging with appropriate internal and external stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

• Strong customer service experience over the telephone
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
• Good IT skills, with the ability to learn inhouse databases
• Organised approach
• Familiarity with Army Careers would be an advantage
