As we continue to expand our footprint across the United States, we have opened a Candidate Relationship Specialist role to support our laboratory leadership team in Indianapolis, IN. The Candidate Relationship Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting our growing operations.

Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Sourcing and screening candidates for open roles, primarily focusing on candidates with molecular biology and biochemistry backgrounds.
- Scheduling meetings with candidates and internal/external customers.
- Completing and sending essential documents to leadership team in a timely manner.
- Communicating consistently with candidates and hiring team.
- Utilizing social media and other sources as needed to attract scientific candidates.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
Job requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:
- BS-Biology, Chemistry or related field with 2+ years of experience recruiting all levels of scientists (BS through PhD).
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work well both independently and within a team.
- Very strong problem-solving skills, a high level of learning agility, and the ability to work across functions.
- The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the leadership and communication skills necessary to operate effectively in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment with flexibility and an adaptable approach to goal delivery.
