Designs and conducts recombinant protein expression and purification experiments in bacterial and eukaryotic systems at small and large scales. Uses chromatography, ÄKTA FPLC, ultrafiltration, and dialysis to produce well-characterized proteins. Reviews and optimizes purification processes to improve yields, reduce costs, and ensure consistency. Performs protein characterization, analyzes experimental data, documents results in an electronic notebook, and collaborates across multidisciplinary teams.

Develop and optimize patient-derived and tissue-specific organoid and complex co-culture models for discovery oncology. Design and run semi-/high-throughput endpoint and kinetic assays using advanced microscopy. Perform 3D cell culture assays and molecular techniques (CellTiter-Glo, Western blot, ELISA, flow cytometry, IF/IHC) to assess viability, proliferation, differentiation, and drug responses.
