THE ROLE & THE TEAM
Zalando’s Talent Acquisition team brings together outstanding people with exciting opportunities. As part of one of Europe’s largest and most dynamic TA teams, you will contribute to Zalando’s growth and success. In this role as a Candidate Experience Partner (also known as a Talent or Recruitment Coordinator), you will support Talent Acquisition Partners by coordinating and scheduling interviews. Your focus will be on ensuring a smooth and welcoming recruitment process for both technical and non-technical roles, with a strong emphasis on creating a positive and inclusive candidate experience.

You collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition colleagues to ensure a seamless candidate experience, taking ownership of interview coordination and scheduling.

You meet key performance goals (KPIs and SLAs), such as the number of interviews scheduled and turnaround time, to maintain an efficient process.

You share knowledge and contribute to process improvements, educating colleagues on scheduling best practices and keeping stakeholders informed.

You actively engage in team meetings, identifying challenges in the scheduling process and working with stakeholders and TA Partners to find solutions.
