The Candidate Experience Associate supports the candidate experience by managing and branding job postings and careers website mapping. Additionally, this caregiver serves as a point of contact for the department and recruiters, hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leadership.
This is the ideal role for an individual who is looking to shape the future of healthcare by providing a valuable experience for candidates and welcoming them into the Cleveland Clinic caregiver family. This role provides foundational skills and development, aiding in future career growth.
A caregiver in this position works remotely, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. -- 5 p.m. Candidates for this position are required to reside in Northeast Ohio.
A caregiver who excels in this role, will:

Be responsible for daily requisition management for all new job openings in United States.

Rebrand job postings to reflect the employer brand.

Optimize job titles and postings to Cleveland Clinic’s career website and additional job hosting websites.

Map all job postings to appropriate interviewing technology.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal caregiver include:

High School Diploma or GED
-
1 year customer service, HR or writing experience
-
Solid communication and customer service skills

Strong computer skills and experience with software applications, including Microsoft Office 365 suite
Preferred qualifications for the ideal caregiver include:

Bachelor's Degree
-
1-2 years writing experience
-
Has experience with creation and edits of website pages

Experience with designing newsletter content

Knowledge of project management and communication practices

Physical Requirements:
- Possess full range of body motion including handling and lifting items up to 50 pounds, manual and finger dexterity and eye hand coordination.
- Manual dexterity to perform work on a computer.
- Requires standing and walking for extended periods of time.
- Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
- Must be able to travel to various Cleveland Clinic sites.
