Details of the role and how it fits into the team
The candidate will design and develop application code, implements technical solutions, and configures applications in response to business needs. To meet the requirements of the business, the candidate will actively participate in the technical design and architecture of the application or its components, proposes appropriate solution to use and promotes re-usability of existing components. Working in a collaborative environment.
The candidate should have deep knowledge of systems and applications under him/her control, manage the changes and collaborate in the technical analysis, implementation and testing of approved projects. Candidate will also participate in the application maintenance tasks.
The candidates will work on applications based on bpm workflows.
Your key responsibilities
- Key role as bpm expert with focus on the BPM Stack Camunda, Logstash, elastic search and Kibana). Last standing reference for complex issues within this stack.
- Responsible of supporting technically the development team, must be the tech lead.
- Responsible to validate the design of future workflows implementation. Must be a producer of technical documentation as well.
- Knowledge of development methodologies and the IT policies necessary to perform effectively in the organization.
- Responsible for producing and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with methodologies, IT policies and IT security requirements.
- New projects, enhancements, and maintenance of a specific for a set of applications
- IT Application Life Cycle standards are met in ongoing enhancements and maintenance
- Application changes are aligned with the application strategy and technology roadmap
- Identification and management of risk and issues associated with the application.
Your skills and experiences
- Software engineer, hands on profile, skills of solutions designer and potentially developer if needed.
- Knowledge on BPM solutions, specifically on Camunda Engine, Logstash & Elastic Search.
- Additional technical skills, knowledge on Kibana and advanced knowledge on Oracle SQL / PLSQL.
- Ability to interact with teams in different locations and understand the business needs.
- Knowledge on the Business processes design in contact with business stakeholders.
- Designer of solutions aligned with the business requirements, for BPMN layer and for microservices.
- Required ability to design solutions end to end.
- Knowledge on development tools and code review, producing high level solution designs and high-level technical designs.
- Experience in the banking sector
- Fluent in Spanish and English
Additional Skills for a Camunda Tech Lead
- Knowledge of DMN (Decision Model and Notation): Crucial for designing and managing business decisions within business processes.
- Experience in Camunda platform administration: Ability to manage and maintain the Camunda platform, ensuring its performance and availability.
- Ability to work with APIs and web services: Integrate Camunda with other systems using RESTful and SOAP APIs.
- DevOps skills: Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices to automate the deployment and management of Camunda applications.
- Experience in microservices and event-driven architecture: Design and develop scalable and resilient solutions using microservices and event-driven architecture patterns.
- Knowledge of monitoring and optimization tools to analyze and improve process performance.
