Job Description: Camunda Architect
Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Camunda Architect with extensive expertise in BPMN to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of business process management solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Camunda's capabilities, a proven track record of successful BPMN implementations, and strong leadership skills to guide our team towards process excellence.
Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture:
- Design and architect scalable, resilient, and high-performing Camunda solutions aligned with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Define the overall technical vision and strategy for BPM projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
- Create detailed technical documentation, including solution blueprints, architectural diagrams, and integration specifications.
Process Modeling:
- Utilize BPMN 2.0 to model complex business processes, incorporating best practices and industry standards.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand process requirements and translate them into effective BPMN models.
- Conduct process analysis workshops and facilitate discussions to optimize and streamline processes.
Implementation and Integration:
- Lead the development and deployment of Camunda solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and applications.
- Oversee the implementation of Camunda process engines, DMN engines, and related components.
- Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines for Camunda projects.
Optimization and Performance Tuning:
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize Camunda processes to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks and inefficiencies in existing processes.
- Implement monitoring and reporting mechanisms to track process performance and identify areas for improvement.
Team Leadership:
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Lead and manage technical teams, providing direction, resolving conflicts, and ensuring project success.
- Conduct code reviews, evaluate technical solutions, and ensure adherence to architectural standards.
Technology Evaluation: Stay abreast of the latest Camunda features and BPMN advancements, evaluating and recommending new technologies to enhance our solutions.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, IT teams, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
- Extensive Experience: 15+ years of hands-on experience in business process management, with a strong focus on BPMN modeling and implementation.
- Deep Camunda Expertise: Proven mastery of Camunda BPM platform, including process engine, DMN, and related technologies.
- Strong Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and database technologies.
- Leadership and Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire technical teams.
- Problem-Solving Aptitude: A knack for identifying and resolving complex process challenges, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Continuous Learning: A passion for staying at the forefront of BPMN and Camunda developments, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Camunda Certification: Holds a Camunda Developer or Architect certification.
- Industry Experience: Experience in specific industries relevant to our business operations.
- Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile development practices and tools.
- Cloud Technologies: Experience with cloud-based Camunda deployments and related technologies.
