Position Overview
We are looking to add a Recruitment Specialist to join our team to help contribute to our Junior Technology Recruitment, particularly focused on our campus and junior recruitment efforts in the APAC region, but with a global outlook. As a Recruiter you will partner with our Technology Stakeholders to identify, engage and hire top junior talent and contribute to our global emerging talent strategy.
- Develop Junior recruiting strategy with focus on Technology. Junior recruitment at Squarepoint includes not only Campus (Grad and Intern), but also Technologists up to 4 YoE.
- Act as main point of contact; establish and maintain close relationships with universities – including the planning and execution of on-campus recruitment events
- Partner effectively with the business to ensure healthy candidate pipeline and progress candidates through interview cycles in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure a positive candidate experience, while maintaining data accuracy
- Candidate interview scheduling and coordination
- Screening calls with junior technology candidates
- Liaise with external recruitment agencies
- Provide reporting and regular updates to business stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in campus and/or tech recruiting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proven ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Comfortable navigating ambiguous problems or tasks
- Excellent attention to detail
- Travel for campus events required
