Campus Recruiting Coordinator

• Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate and execute recruiting events and training sessions.

• Plan and coordinate Uline’s internship program, including events and orientation.

• Maintain our annual campus recruiting calendar and organize team career fair participation.

• Review and report on early talent program data to support continuous improvement and strategic decisions.

• Support Campus Recruiting companywide to uphold business standards and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (HR), Business or a related field.

• 1+ year of HR or recruiting experience preferred.

• Travel to job fairs, recruitment events and Uline’s North American locations as needed.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel to create and manage spreadsheets.
