The Campus Recruiting Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Partner who leads Campus Recruiting and Learning and Development for the Firm.


Qualifications:

· 1 + years in recruiting, preferably campus recruiting.

· Bachelor’s degree in business related major from a large nationally ranked University.

· Excellent technology skills: proficient in Microsoft Office, Handshake, and other enterprise systems used in recruiting and reporting.

· Experience in the Accounting and or Finance functions preferable.


Responsibilities:

· Coordinate, socialize, and train the Campus Recruiting plan with the University Ambassadors. The plan contains recruiting targets, policies, schedules, and best practices etc.

· Post Intern and Associate positions on Handshake for target universities. Be the admin for Handshake and work with the Campus Recruiting (CR) Partner to draft job descriptions.

· Work with University Ambassadors and CR Partner to improve and streamline the candidate experience while making the process more efficient.

· Assure timely resume reviews by University Ambassadors and assist CR Partner with National Universities.

· Lead the decision and purchasing of SWAG kits for Interns and Associates.

· Organize the Recruiting Season calendar for on campus recruiting events at our Target list universities.

· Support recruiting at National Universities, working with Career Services and participating in on campus recruiting events.

· Assist with the Offer process – offer approvals, extension of offers and directing questions to the relevant person.

· Coordinate comp data from universities to be shared with HR.

· Manage the communications for Intern and Associate Onboarding (Jan, June Sep).

· Manage the database of all Cohort classes and candidates that declined for whatever reason as a source of future candidates.
