We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organized Campus Recruiter & Internship Program Coordinator to support our early talent pipeline strategy. This entry‑level role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about building relationships, engaging in students and interns, and helping create meaningful early‑career experiences.

You’ll work closely with our Talent Acquisition team and business partners to recruit top student talent, coordinate internship programs, and help shape a strong employer brand on campus.

  • This is a hybrid role working partially in-office and partially from home.

What you do:

Campus Recruiting

  • Support relationship-building efforts with colleges, universities, and student organizations through outreach, coordination, and event support. Represent the company at campus events, career fairs, info sessions, mock interviews and networking events
  • Help manage campus recruiting timelines, pipelines, and candidate tracking
  • Assist with campus marketing efforts, presentations, and recruiting materials
  • Manage all areas of the recruitment process including job postings, advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, qualifying, negotiating, and extending offers for interns and early career talent following established processes.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define their talent needs and job requirements to ensure internal and external job descriptions and postings are on target to attract highly qualified candidates.

Internship Program Coordination

  • Design and Execute year-round programming for the Ameritas internship program, including coordinating logistics for professional development workshops, social events, and volunteer opportunities.
  • Coordinate first day details with hiring managers and new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding process and facilitate Internship program onboarding
  • Serve as a point of contact for interns throughout their program experience, including check‑ins, learning sessions, and engagement events
  • Partner with HR and business teams to ensure a smooth, positive internship
  • Collect feedback and assist with program evaluations and improvements
  • Support management of Internship annual budget, allocating costs, tracking spending, and submitting expense reports.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or expected graduation) in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Comfort speaking to groups and building relationships

Preferred (but not required):

  • Internship or campus involvement related to recruiting, HR, student engagement, or career services
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems or recruiting tools
  • Passion for early‑career talent development
