About you and this role
Are you a recent Finance or Business Admin. graduate looking to kick-start a dynamic career in finance? Our Finance Development Program (FDP) is designed to build the next generation of finance leaders through a structured career development with hands-on experience, exposure and mentorship.
Over the course of three years, you will gain diverse finance experience through three rotations (every 12 months) in key finance sub-functions. These rotations will help you build a solid foundation, broaden your perspective, and position you as a credible candidate for future leadership roles.
Responsibilities
Depending on the scope of the role, there will be a variety of responsibilities that you are responsible for. Amongst others, some key responsibilities include:
- Record, monitor, report, and communicates function/business/entity results, and ensure activity is accurate, complete, and compliant to accounting standards and best practices
- Manage key relationships within finance, other aligned functions, networks and internal and external partners
- Coordinate and assist internal partners to complete annual budgets and financial estimates, in line with Corporate, Business and Functional guidelines and timing
- Educate functional partners on Accounting Policies and internal control matters
- Has knowledge of US GAAP, local GAAP and accounting standards
Qualifications
- A recent bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Business Admin. Accounting, Tax, Economics, or a related field
- A passion for finance and a drive to develop into a future leader position
- Eager to work with new Technology and AI tools like Copilot
- The ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced multinational environment.
