Job Summary: Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Worldwide Campus is currently hiring a Campus Director (CD) for our campus location in Powidz as well as outlying locations (including Poznan, Zagan cluster). The CD is responsible for the operation of one or more Worldwide Campus locations. Reporting to an Associate Executive Director of Campus Operations at Worldwide Headquarters, the Campus Director is responsible for administrative management and may supervise an Associate Campus Director and/or Assistant Campus Director in future. S/he works closely with the Worldwide Directors of Enrollment Development in the setting of campus enrollment goals and in the oversight of the student enrollment life cycle, from prospective student to graduate.
**Applicants must already be located in or near the Powidz (including Poznan, Zagan Cluster) with a minimum of 2 years retention to apply.
Key job functions include:
- Provides academic advisement by understanding policies and programs, facilitating registration with accurate degree mapping, tracking student progress, and directing students to resources.
- Ensures compliance with University policies and maintains student confidentiality while proactively contacting assigned students to support their success and retention.
- Demonstrates strong decision-making and troubleshooting skills, processing academic waivers and addressing student/instructor issues effectively.
- Maintains student information and generates reports to ensure data accuracy in Campus Solutions and Imaging systems, facilitating registrations, timely payments, and identifying at-risk students.
- Ensures classrooms and facilities are prepared for instruction, adjusting office hours as necessary during class sessions.
- Manages budget responsibilities, including travel expenses and contract compliance.
- Promotes the University and its programs through participation in college fairs, military briefings, and networking opportunities, maintaining strong communication with local education center and military units.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, Masters degree preferred
- 1-3 years of work-related experience in higher education administration, marketing, and/or customer service
Required Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:
- Ability and willingness to work independently and operate effectively in a geographically dispersed environment
- Adherence to assigned deadlines
- Experience in management and supervision
- Ability to work cooperatively with students, staff, and faculty, both face-to-face and at a distance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to include public speaking
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and composure under pressure
- Analytical skills with an in-depth knowledge of information systems and technical expertise with Microsoft operating systems, Outlook/email, and Internet end-user applications.
