Job Description:

Join our dynamic Partnership Distribution team as a Campaign Support & Budget Control! You'll play a pivotal role in driving successful campaigns and ensuring efficient budget management for our bancassurance partnership activities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of marketing, finance, and partnership management in the insurance industry.

• Prepare and coordinate campaign letters to banking partners and communication memos to sales teams
• Manage customer reward distribution programs, including cashback, gold bars, travel vouchers, and car incentives
• Execute payment processes for bank program initiatives (Relationship Manager incentives, trip programs, regional appreciation rewards)

• Track and process payments for Bank Marketing Allowance utilization (credit protection operational fees, telesales, HR incentive programs, events, souvenirs, AJK Mortgage events, etc.)
• Monitor and maintain comprehensive recaps of controllable and variable budgets for all sales activities and campaigns
• Distribute budget reports to Regional Sales Heads (RSH) and CPD for ongoing monitoring
• Collaborate with Finance team to review BCR reports and develop annual budget proposals

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or Marketing
• 3+ years of experience in the Bancassurance industry
• Preferred: Background in Campaign Support and Budgeting functions

Technical Skills:

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (intermediate to advanced level - pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)

- Strong MS Word skills for professional documentation - Solid data administration and management capabilities

Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
