Your Role
OUTFRONT Media is seeking a Campaign Success Specialist to join the Proof of Performance (POP) monitoring and reporting team. This role is focused on the execution, validation, and delivery of accurate campaign reporting, ensuring seamless campaign monitoring and supporting internal teams with POP tools, processes, and data.
Your Responsibilities
• Execute, validate, and distribute Proof of Performance (POP) reports across multiple data sources.
• Monitor campaign activity and identify potential issues or discrepancies; escalate as needed.
• Perform quality checks on reporting outputs to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Support and maintain campaign reporting tools, templates, and trackers.
• Assist with user training and ongoing support for POP systems, reports, and workflows.
• Partner with the Manager and cross-functional teams to help improve reporting processes and operational efficiency.
• Provide ad hoc reporting and operational support as needed.
Your Qualifications
• 1+ year experience working with reporting tools, databases, or campaign management systems.
• Familiarity with SQL, VBA, or automation tools preferred but not required.
• Experience working with Excel, reporting platforms, and data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with PowerQuery, Power BI, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and follow-through.
• Proactive problem solver with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of digital or OOH advertising is a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience in campaign support, reporting, or operations roles.
