About the role:

At AGL, we are committed to delivering innovative and customer-centric marketing strategies that drive engagement, enhance brand presence, and optimise value. As a leader in Australia's energy sector, we are looking for a Campaign Specialist to join our Brand & Marketing business unit within Customer Markets.

As a Campaign Specialist, you will play a key role in designing, executing, and optimising multi-channel campaigns targeted at existing AGL customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling, data-driven campaigns that drive growth, retention, and customer value optimisation.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and deliver targeted below-the-line (BTL) campaigns aligned with AGL’s Customer Engagement strategy, focusing on cross-selling Telco (NBN & Mobile) and Energy products.
  • Define campaign strategy, including audience segmentation, creative asset requirements, and performance KPIs, while working with creative partners.
  • Ensure seamless delivery of campaigns across all relevant channels, collaborating with business delivery leads and channel teams.
  • Partner with creative agencies to communicate briefs, manage SLAs, and oversee budgets.
  • Regularly analyse campaign outcomes using data-driven insights to refine propositions and channel strategies.
  • Effectively communicate campaign objectives, plans, and results with key business and marketing stakeholders.

What we would like to see you bring:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, with a strong focus on data-driven BTL campaign execution and customer engagement.
  • Experience in the Telco, Energy, or broader services industries, with expertise in cross-sell and value optimisation strategies preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using digital analytics tools to monitor campaigns and user behaviour.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment, manage multiple high-profile projects, and adapt to changing business priorities.
  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or business-related field.
