Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising
- Create and implement campaign strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign messages align with overall marketing objectives
- Monitor campaign performance and analytics to optimize results and ROI
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign data to identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in campaign management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
- Prepare campaign reports and provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in campaign management or digital marketing
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics
- Experience in managing email marketing campaigns and familiarity with CAN-SPAM regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
