We are looking for a highly motivated Campaign Specialist (Fresher) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing email marketing campaigns for our clients, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates. Key Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and optimize email marketing campaigns for client accounts.
- Design visually appealing and mobile-responsive email templates using drag-and-drop builders or HTML/CSS.
- Write engaging email copy with compelling subject lines and CTAs.
- Manage email lists, segmentation, and personalization strategies for better targeting.
- Monitor and analyze key email metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and suggest improvements.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, email content, and design elements.
- Ensure emails follow best practices for deliverability and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
- Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to align email campaigns with broader marketing goals.
- Stay up-to-date with AI-powered automation techniques and trends in email marketing.
Skills & Requirements
- 2024/2025 pass-outs with 60%+ throughout academics.
- Freshers or 0-1 year experience in digital/email marketing.
- Basic knowledge of email marketing.
- Understanding of HTML & CSS for email template customization is a plus.
- Strong creative and design sense (experience with Canva, Figma, or Design Tools is a bonus).
- Good copywriting skills to craft engaging and action-driven email content.
- Basic understanding of email marketing metrics and data analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn AI-powered email tools and marketing automation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Only CBSE and ICSE board candidates are eligible.
