Campaign Relations Manager

Overview:

This position is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, donors, community leaders, advocacy groups, and the public, to support and promote campaign initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Develop and nurture relationships with community leaders, donors, and partner organizations.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders regarding campaign-related matters.

  • Coordinate meetings, networking events, and partnership-building initiatives to foster engagement.

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Assist in the development and execution of campaign strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Work closely with marketing, fundraising, and outreach teams

  • Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Communication & Public Relations

  • Draft and deliver key messages, press releases, and campaign materials to support public engagement efforts.

  • Represent the organization at public events, forums, and networking functions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.

Fundraising & Donor Relations

  • Support fundraising initiatives by building relationships with potential donors and sponsors.

  • Organize donor appreciation events and campaigns to maintain engagement and long-term support.

  • Track donor interactions and maintain detailed records to enhance future outreach efforts.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Track and analyze campaign effectiveness through key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Prepare reports on stakeholder engagement, campaign progress, and impact assessment.

  • Provide insights and recommendations based on collected data for future campaign improvements.

These qualities and skills will be helpful:

  • Experience working in political campaigns, nonprofit organizations, or advocacy groups.

  • Familiarity with grassroots organizing and volunteer coordination.

  • Understanding of digital marketing and social media engagement strategies.
