As a Campaign Project Manager (Content Production Specialist) for Region Central Europe, you play a key operational role focused on project management, process coordination, and stakeholder alignment, ensuring smooth and efficient content production and delivery across markets and channels. You are responsible for securing the localisation, adaptation, and distribution of all paid media and store content through close collaboration with production agencies, media agencies, and store teams. You work towards aligned, cross-functional goals, driving omni-channel sales performance and customer centricity in every part of your work.
You will:
- Be fully immersed in the local daily customer communications plan to anticipate the asset production needs for paid media (TV, DOOH, OOH, OLV, Display, Social, Print) and store communications.
- Closely collaborate with Media Specialists & Media Agencies to support the implementation of paid media and store activities.
- Brief & coordinate media asset requirements with local Media Agencies, media vendors, regional Production Agencies, and Content Operations teams.
- Understand in detail the global store communications strategy, guidelines & placements for printed material and digital screens.
- Brief & coordinate POS and assets for all relevant media channels.
- Brief & coordinate asset requirements with the regional Production Hub, Material team, and local Content Operations team.
- Collect input and feedback from stores, vendors, and the Visual team on in-store and window communications and asset allocation, sharing insights with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure a cost-efficient and effective asset distribution to every touchpoint and approve campaign costs for unique regional POS, OOH, and DOOH material.
- Be bold and dare to think outside the box and pitch ideas to stakeholders.
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
As a Content Production Specialist, you are part of the Content Operations team within Customer Activation & Marketing (CA&M). You collaborate closely with local Media Agencies, regional Production Agencies, Content Operations teams, the NCG team, and Store Visual teams to ensure effective planning, production, and distribution of paid media, performance media and in-store content.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with…
- A degree in Marketing, Media, or Production Management – or 3–5 years of relevant working experience in marketing or media roles (agency or client side).
- Expertise in formats and assets for paid media (TV, OOH, OLV, Display, Social, Print, etc.).
- Good understanding of printed formats and communications used in retail stores, as well as the local media landscape and how media agencies operate.
- Operative content production experience and hands-on mentality.
- Experience in planning production for multiple channels.
- High-level English (spoken and written).
