We are looking for a Campaign Analyst to join our Meijer Media team and help us measure and optimize the performance of our Meijer Media campaigns. As a campaign analyst, you will be responsible for preparing vendor-facing campaign performance reports that measure the impact and effectiveness of media tactics. As a Campaign Performance Analyst within the Meijer Media organization, you will analyze marketing performance results, develop and socialize insights, and promote experimentation to identify growth opportunities. You will work closely with numerous stakeholder teams, including Ad Ops, Sales as well as Tech, Data and Analytics CoE Teams.

What You’ll be Doing: 

  • Prepare campaign reports featuring effective data visualizations using data from multiple sources, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Power Bi, etc.

  • Analyze campaign performance across different channels, segments, creatives, and products. 

  • Identify key metrics, trends, and insights, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize media results by campaign objective. 

  • Adopt best practices in reporting and analysis: data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation. 

  • Stay updated on the latest industry developments, tools, and techniques for digital marketing and measurement.

What You Bring with You (Qualifications): 

  • 3-5 years of experience in analytics and reporting at a publisher, ad network, Retail Media Network or eCommerce /retail company. 

  • Experience of working in digital marketing environment, e.g., with ad servers, web analytics, search bid management, etc. 

  • Familiar with digital platforms and tools, such as Google Marketing Platforms, Facebook Ads Manager, Adobe Analytics, TradeDesk, Pinterest, etc. 

  • Ability to work directly with external partners (Ad Agency and Tech vendors) to get access to data and get clarification / more granular information as needed. 

  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools, e.g., Power BI. 

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. 

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 

  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality. 

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
