In this role, you’ll ensure our marketing database is pristine, our campaigns are impactful, and our strategies are data-driven. You will be responsible for the technical and analytical aspects of marketing campaign execution, translating high-level marketing strategies into technical builds, including email workflows, landing pages, and audience segmentations. Your goal is to ensure every campaign is delivered on time, accurately, and with full data visibility.

  • Database Hygiene: Monitor and maintain the health of the marketing database, enforcing data standards and brand governance across all automated touchpoints.
  • Data Orchestration: Manage the seamless flow of data between HubSpot, Salesforce, and third-party tools, ensuring lead attribution and handoff processes are flawless.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 4+ years in marketing or digital operations. Direct, hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce is required.
  • Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in HTML/CSS (for email/landing page troubleshooting) and a deep understanding of marketing automation logic.
  • Detail-Oriented: A "measure twice, cut once" mindset with a high degree of accuracy under tight deadlines.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using tools like Asana, Monday.com, or Trello.
  • Communication: Strong ability to document technical processes clearly for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Compliance: Foundational understanding of marketing privacy laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications: HubSpot Academy (Marketing Software or RevOps), Google Analytics, or Salesforce Administrator.
  • Data Literacy: Intermediate experience with Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs).
What Success Looks Like
  • Precision: Campaigns are executed error-free and on time; stakeholders trust that "if Ops built it, it works."
  • Scalability: Marketing workflows are modular and efficient, allowing the team to increase campaign volume without increasing headcount.
  • Visibility: Reporting is accurate and actionable, providing a clear "source of truth" for marketing ROI.
  • Alignment: Cross-functional collaboration ensures seamless lead flow, campaign alignment, and process consistency.
  • Improvement: SOPs and campaign processes are continuously improved, balancing precision with efficiency to fuel the company’s growth engine.
