Mural’s Marketing PMO is the operational backbone of our marketing organization, ensuring integrated campaigns are thoughtfully planned, aligned across teams, and executed with precision. This role adds a critical layer of technical expertise to the team — owning the systems, data, and processes that bring campaigns to life. As the MarTech Operations Manager, you’ll be the connector between strategy and execution, ensuring every campaign is launched flawlessly and measured effectively.
YOUR MISSIONYou'll empower our marketing team by transforming strategic campaign goals into scalable, data-driven programs. You’ll architect and optimize the systems, processes, and tools that drive flawless campaign execution, seamless data flow, and measurable impact across the funnel.
You’ll approach this role with curiosity, initiative, and a strong sense of ownership - spotting opportunities, solving problems creatively, and working closely with teammates to drive results that matter.
WHAT YOU'LL DOTurn campaign strategies into technical plans and buildable workflows using our MarTech tools.
Build, launch, and improve email, landing page, and multi-channel campaigns — ensuring they’re accurately targeted, personalized, and trackable.
Manage the day-to-day operations of our Marketing Automation Platform and connected systems, ensuring clean data and reliable performance.
Work closely with teams across marketing and sales to define lead scoring, routing rules, and lifecycle stages.
Make sure every campaign is set up for clear reporting, performance tracking, and learning over time.
3+ years in Marketing Operations or MarTech roles, ideally in B2B SaaS.
Hands-on expertise with MAPs (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot, Eloqua, Inflection, Marketo) and strong Salesforce CRM knowledge.
Proven ability to translate marketing goals into scalable technical solutions with a creative and solution-oriented mindset.
Deep understanding of lead lifecycle, scoring, segmentation, and system integration.
Experience working with project management tools such as Jira and Asana to collaborate effectively and manage campaign workflows.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, fueled by a passion for clean, actionable data.
Excellent communication skills, able to connect with and support technical and non-technical teammates alike.
A proactive, self-driven mindset — you take ownership, think critically, and thrive in a collaborative environment where diverse ideas are valued.
Comfort using AI tools to enhance program design, workflow efficiency, and decision-making.
Bonus: Experience with HTML/CSS, ABM tools, reporting platforms, or MarTech certifications.
The base salary for this role ranges from $104,000 - $131,000 + bonus + benefits. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
