Reporting to the Head of Digital and Campaigns Marketing, you will lead the planning, coordination and optimisation of integrated, multi-channel B2B and B2C marketing campaigns across Europe, targeting professional and retail investor audiences and translating commercial priorities into clear, measurable programmes that engage clients and support business growth.
Working closely with regional sales teams and the marketing team across Content, Digital, Paid Activation, Social Events and Design, you will act as the central campaign lead defining audiences, messaging, channel mix, content requirements, timelines and KPIs, and driving campaigns from planning to successful execution. You will also have the opportunity to lead, coach and develop a motivated and ambitious direct report, supporting their growth while building a high-performing campaign function.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong experience developing and delivering integrated campaigns, alongside exceptional campaign planning, project management and stakeholder management skills. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with strong execution, commercial awareness and a focus on lead generation and continually improving campaign effectiveness.
Financial services experience is required, with experience in asset or investment management strongly preferred. Knowledge of ETFs/ETPs and the European investment landscape would be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

    • Own the end-to-end planning and delivery of integrated campaigns, from initial brief and audience definition through activation, optimisation and post-campaign review.
    • Develop clear campaign plans covering objectives, target audiences, messaging, channels, content requirements, timelines, responsibilities, KPIs and lead-management requirements.
    • Partner closely with Sales to ensure campaigns are aligned with commercial priorities and appropriate lead follow-up; feedback loops and measurements are in place.
    • Work with Content to translate investment themes, market insights and product priorities into relevant, compliant and compelling campaign propositions.
    • Coordinate activation across digital, email, paid media, social, content, events and other channels to deliver an integrated and well-sequenced client experience.
    • Own paid media planning, including briefing, audience strategy, channel selection, performance review and optimisation, with a hands-on approach suited to an in-house or partially in-house operating model.
    • Monitor performance against agreed KPIs, including engagement, conversion, lead generation and pipeline contribution, and translate insights into practical improvements.
    • Manage multiple concurrent campaigns, proactively prioritising activity and managing deadlines, dependencies, stakeholders and delivery risks.
    • Ensure campaign activity meets relevant regulatory, compliance and brand requirements across European markets.
    • Lead post-campaign reviews and embed insights and learnings into future campaign planning.

Skills and Qualifications

    • 5+ years’ relevant marketing experience, with strong hands-on experience planning and delivering integrated, multi-channel B2B and B2C campaigns from strategy through execution and optimisation.
    • Financial services experience is required. Experience in asset or investment management is strongly preferred, with knowledge of ETFs/ETPs a significant advantage.
    • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products and investor audiences, with the ability to translate complex investment themes into effective marketing campaigns.
    • Exceptional campaign planning, project management, prioritisation and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders and competing deadlines simultaneously.
    • Demonstrable experience partnering with Sales and translating commercial objectives into measurable marketing activity.
    • Strong understanding of lead generation, client journeys, conversion and pipeline contribution.
    • Strong understanding of digitally focused, multi-channel marketing, including CRM/email, paid media, social, content and events, with the ability to use campaign and audience data to inform targeting, optimise performance and improve commercial outcomes.
    • Experience working within an in-house or partially in-house marketing model, with the ability to take direct ownership of campaign planning and execution, while working effectively with external partners where required.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience using campaign performance data to identify insights and improve results.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the confidence to influence and coordinate colleagues across functions and seniority levels.
    • Previous people-management experience, with the ability to coach, provide guidance and feedback, delegate effectively and support the performance and professional development of a direct report.
    • Proactive, collaborative and solution-oriented, with strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach to execution.
    • Experience working within a regulated marketing environment and familiarity with financial promotions would be advantageous.

What We Do

WisdomTree is one of the world’s leading providers of exchange-traded products (ETPs). Our goal is to provide a superior investing experience for our clients. We believe that investors shouldn’t have to choose between performance and cost efficiency, so we developed innovative investment solutions that deliver both. Combining the performance benefits of actively-managed investments with the cost efficiency of passive investments, our ETPs can be used to invest strategically for the long term or to trade tactically in the short term. Investors can choose between a range of truly comprehensive and innovative ETPs, across a broad range of asset classes, enabling investors to construct and diversify their portfolios intelligently.
