We are an ambitious and fast-growing organisation with a portfolio of leading brands, offering an exciting opportunity for a talented Campaign Manager to take ownership of end-to-end marketing campaigns. In this role, you will lead the development, coordination, and delivery of campaigns—from initial concept through to execution—working collaboratively with a highly skilled, cross-functional team.
You will support a portfolio of established dealer brands, including Luxaflex, Sunway, Multisol, Zonnelux, and ABZ.
You will bring strong planning and briefing capabilities, coupled with the ability to craft compelling, audience-focused copy across a variety of channels. With proven project management expertise, you will oversee campaign timelines, budgets, and delivery, ensuring seamless execution and measurable impact
About You
You are highly organised, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and can adapt quickly to changing priorities. You bring strong collaboration skills and enjoy working across teams and markets to deliver impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from briefing through to delivery, ensuring all outputs are aligned, brand-consistent, audience-relevant, and delivered on time and within budget.
· Identify and maximise opportunities from micro-campaigns, including collaborations and influencer partnerships.
· Partner closely with digital teams to ensure effective execution across all online channels.
· Oversee offline marketing activity, including customer-facing materials and collateral.
· Collaborate with creative agencies, developing clear briefs and managing artwork to bring campaign concepts to life.
· Work with media partners and analytics teams to evaluate campaign performance and deliver actionable insights. Understand and read data performance reports.
· Provide regular updates and reporting to the wider marketing team.
· Develop and adapt copy for a wide range of audiences, formats, and media channels.
· Ensure all communications are accurate, compliant, and aligned with brand guidelines through thorough proofreading.
· Partner with local market teams to ensure consistent and effective campaign delivery across regions.
· Continuously identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement across campaigns.
