What this role is all about
As a Campaign Manager, you will drive integrated B2B marketing campaigns that directly support Infobip’s business growth and revenue goals. You will join a collaborative and dynamic marketing team, using your expertise to deliver impactful campaigns across global markets while working closely with cross-functional partners. Your focus on demand generation, messaging, and stakeholder management will be critical in shaping our marketing strategy and delivering measurable results in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
What you’ll do
- Lead the creation and execution of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to align messaging and strategy.
- Leverage research and analytics to optimize campaign performance and measure success.
- Transform complex technical concepts into compelling, audience-friendly messages.
- Manage multiple projects, prioritizing and delegating tasks to ensure timely delivery.
- Use platforms like Eloqua and Salesforce CRM to track and improve campaign outcomes.
- Adapt quickly within a fast-paced team, solving challenges with a proactive approach.
What makes you a strong fit
- 8+ years in B2B demand generation, marketing programs, or channel marketing for IT/software companies.
- Proven track record managing successful campaigns for SaaS or cloud-based solutions.
- Excellent communication skills—able to simplify technical concepts for wide audiences.
- Strong organizational skills in managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with marketing and CRM platforms, such as Eloqua and Salesforce CRM.
- Effective at operating within virtual, cross-functional, and multicultural teams.
- Flexible, results-oriented mindset with energy to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
Nice-to-have qualifications
- Experience in marketing for SaaS or cloud-based products.
- Advanced skills in marketing analytics or reporting tools.
- History of innovation and process improvement in campaign management.
- Experience working across global teams and remote environments.
