What You’ll Be Doing (a.k.a. your Quest Log)
- Build and launch multi-channel campaigns that make people click, convert, and come back for more.
- Dream up lifecycle marketing programs that nurture, onboard, and delight customers at every touchpoint.
- Support demand generation initiatives, to create campaigns that attract, convert, and retain high-quality leads.
- Keep one eye on the numbers; analyse performance and spot opportunities to make campaigns even better.
- Collaborate with global teams (APAC, EMEA, Americas) to align campaigns and share best practices.
- Experiment, iterate, and occasionally throw out the rulebook to try something new.
- Provide operational support to the Head of Marketing Operations and CMO; helping keep priorities moving and projects on track.
What We Require (a.k.a. your Power Ups)
- You have 3-5 years of hands-on marketing experience focusing on campaign management, lifecycle marketing, or demand gen under your belt.
- Experience working with HTML / CSS for email and web.
- You have Marketo (or other Marketing Automation) skills, with hands-on experience in the software.
- You are organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
- You enjoy finding ways to improve processes and results.
- You are a data-driven decision maker with a creative twist.
- Comfortable working across globally distributed teams and time zones; you can communicate clearly and asynchronously.
The following aren’t required, but are nice to have (a.k.a. your Bonus Points)
- Experience in B2B tech or SaaS.
- Experience using Salesforce.
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- An interest in tech, computing, or networking.
