The Role
TripleLift is seeking a detail-oriented Trading Analyst to join our growing Demand Services organization. This role is focused on supporting our Partner Management and Technical Account Management teams on the execution and day-to-day operational support of our advertising partners. You’ll serve as the operational backbone of the demand team, ensuring campaigns are launched flawlessly, while meeting the scale and performance expectations of our clients.
This role emphasizes execution, process, and operational rigor. This is a unique opportunity to work at the center of the programmatic ecosystem, supporting demand partnerships at scale. As part of our Demand Services team, you’ll gain hands-on experience across ad operations, performance optimization, and inventory management — building the foundation for a career in adtech operations while playing a critical role in the success of our partners and business.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for working in tandem with our Partner Managers and Trading Specialist to support our Clients’ operational needs, both pre and post launch.
- Translate IO into campaign set-up and launch for Managed Service campaigns.
- Manage pacing for campaigns to ensure full delivery, flagging any reporting discrepancies or risk for under delivery.
- Optimize campaigns during flight to ensure Client KPI's are being hit or exceeded
- Generate Deals for programmatic clients based off specific DSP/client KPIs
- Pull and provide campaign reporting throughout the campaign flight.
- Assist in the creative QA process and approvals to ensure flawless campaign execution;
- Support process improvement projects to drive increased efficiencies and ease of doing business with both internal and external shareholders;
Qualifications
- Previous experience trafficking digital campaigns with a strong preference for candidates with exposure to programmatic campaigns;
- Previous experience with problem ticketing, issue management, and issue escalation;
- Strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office, including pivot tables, chart-making, and manipulations of large data sets;
- Ability to diagnose technical issues on a variety of platforms and tools in order to address system problems;
- Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines;
- Ability to work individually and collaboratively to drive business forward;
- Strives for continued learning opportunities to build upon craft;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Proven academic and/or professional achievement.
Education Requirement
- A Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communications, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred, though candidates with relevant experience who hold other degrees will be considered.
Experience Requirement
- 1-2 years of digital ad ops or trafficking experience required.
