Campaign Manager

Mesmerize, the leader in out of home advertising, is seeking a focused, structured, and motivated campaign manager to coordinate the company’s coordinated field/contractor efforts. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, concurrent deadline environment. The campaign manager will also oversee and coordinate the company’s contracted field efforts to ensure successful campaign execution. The campaign manager will be highly focused, detail oriented, and capable of critical thinking in a high-pressure environment.

 Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure successful and timely completion of campaign audits
  • Collaborate with direct teams and cross-functional departments to communicate field initiatives and scope-of-work changes
  • Demonstrate expertise in the Field Nation platform
  • Manage and organize data related to lists and leads
  • Oversee quality assurance across all aspects of the field management team
  • Review and close completed work orders daily
  • Maintain consistent daily communication with contractors
  • Train contractors thoroughly on job specifics and environmental context; foster relationships and build expertise
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team
  • Identify opportunities for time and cost savings in operational processes
  • Complete other projects as assigned by management

Skills and Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years proven team management
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong computer proficiency, including expert-level Excel skills; Salesforce experience preferred; familiarity with Field Nation is a plus
  • Effective team player with a collaborative mindset and ability to work across departments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a solutions-oriented approach
  • Self-motivated, energetic and creative
  • Excellent attention to detail

Compensation Range:
$55,000 – $65,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for this position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
