The Role / Position Overview
The Campaign Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns, working closely with Sales and Client Success teams. They will oversee the entire campaign process from planning to execution across multiple channels, including direct, programmatic, and automated guaranteed. The role requires tracking key performance indicators and ensuring campaigns meet client goals.
The Campaign Manager will report into the Regional Head of Campaign Management and work closely with Sales, Client Success, Audience Marketing, Project Management teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales and delivery teams to recommend products and segments based on campaign value.
- Receive and confirm orders, manage inventory, and coordinate sponsorships.
- Test and schedule creative assets, ensuring campaigns are ready for launch.
- Liaise with content teams and ensure contracts are signed, and campaigns are properly booked.
- Work with various teams to ensure campaign elements (e.g., tags, segments, reports) are in place.
- Monitor campaign performance, provide updates to clients, and suggest optimizations.
- Manage delivery confirmation, invoicing, and provide campaign performance reports.
Required Skills / Experience
Qualifications & Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in ad operations or campaign management.
- Familiarity with ad tech systems (e.g., GAM, DCM, Sizmek) and evolving technologies.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and analytical skills.
- Comfortable with Google Docs, Excel, and basic coding for debugging.
- Ability to prioritize and work under deadlines.

- Independent with the ability to escalate or collaborate when needed.

A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $60,000-$62,400 plus quarterly commission. To ensure pay fairness, the successful candidate will be offered a salary within the estimated salary range based on a number of considerations including but not limited to: skill set; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organisational needs. The disclosed range estimate is for our NYC office and has not been adjusted for other locations.
