Role and Responsibilities

Your Role

In this role, you will craft and oversee the strategy and performance of all marketing campaigns. This involves comprehensive planning, execution, analysis, budget management, and go-to-market initiatives. Your efforts will ensure optimal resource use, enhanced brand awareness, and the achievement of business objectives.

Your Responsibilities

As our Campaign Manager, you will lead the entire campaign process. Key responsibilities include:

Campaign Strategy and Leadership:

  • Develop and implement a campaign strategy that aligns with business goals.
  • Lead the campaign initiatives, ensuring effective planning, execution, and measurement across all channels.
  • Oversee campaign planning, including market research, competitor analysis, positioning, messaging, budgeting, and timeline management for all our channel teams.

Go-To-Market:

  • Lead the go-to-market strategy for major campaign launches, ensuring smooth operations and effective information distribution.
  • Coordinate with senior management and stakeholders to align campaign strategies with business objective and secure business buy in.

Performance Focus, Reporting & Analysis:

  • Drive campaign activities to boost engagement, brand recognition, and business results.
  • Analyse performance data to provide actionable insights and strategic plans to stakeholders.

Budget Management:

  • Manage the campaign budget to ensure optimal resource allocation and maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to monitor and optimize budget usage.

Process Improvement and Change Management:

  • Oversee multiple campaigns to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Continuously improve campaign processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead change management initiatives to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Team Development and Internal Communication:

  • Build and develop a high-performing campaign team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with various departments, maintaining strong communication and reporting lines with senior management.

Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal Senior Campaign Manager meets the following criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Fluency in English, another language is a plus.
  • 8-10 years of senior marketing experience with a proven track record in campaign management.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
  • Strong project management skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Experience in change management and process improvement.
  • Passion for marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
