Job Description
We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven Campaign Manager to lead marketing initiatives in the MENA region as we scale our SaaS business. This role will focus on building and executing campaigns that drive demand generation, pipeline growth, and revenue targets, particularly in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
As a Campaign Manager, you will collaborate across regional and global teams, partnering with Sales, Product Marketing, Brand, Digital Marketing, and Operations to craft data-driven, impactful campaigns. The ideal candidate is a creative, analytical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment and has a proven track record of executing integrated marketing strategies to achieve measurable outcomes.
This role reports to the Sr. Director, Integrated Marketing – MENA and is based in our Dubai office.
What you’ll do:

Drive the planning, budgeting, and execution of end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Own the pipeline goals, including Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), and revenue metrics for both new customer acquisition and cross-sell/upsell opportunities.

Analyze campaign performance, measure ROI, and identify data-driven opportunities for optimization.

Collaborate closely with Sales to align on campaign messaging, develop sales plays, and drive shared revenue outcomes.

Lead enablement efforts to ensure outbound campaigns effectively support sales objectives and opportunities.

Leverage analytics tools to measure performance and implement strategies to improve engagement, response rates, and conversions.

Partner with Product Marketing to define go-to-market strategies, messaging, and segmentation for the region.
What we're looking for:

Minimum 4 years of experience in a SaaS or B2B demand generation role, with a proven track record of driving measurable results.

Experience planning and managing ABM campaigns, leveraging marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics).

Expertise in running multi-channel campaigns, including digital advertising, email marketing, and events.

Proficient in using data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance and inform strategy.

Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across sales and marketing teams.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; comparable work experience will also be considered.

Familiarity with the SaaS buying process and the MENA business landscape.

Experience in developing campaigns for high-growth markets, particularly UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Strong knowledge of ABM tools and frameworks.
