Condé Nast Italy is looking for a talented Campaign Management Specialist to join the Campaign Management team based in Milan. In Condé Nast, this role is responsible for the implementation and optimisation of direct and programmatic guaranteed campaigns across display, video and email channels. The Campaign Management Specialist plays a central role in the successful delivery of campaigns, overseeing technical feasibility, trafficking, pacing and performance management across multiple digital platforms. This role works closely with Digital Media Strategy, Global Monetisation Strategy, Ad Platforms and Ad Studio teams, acting as a key operational point of contact for campaign execution and delivery.
Primary Responsibilities
● Manage the implementation and lifecycle of digital advertising campaigns for assigned sales teams, ensuring accurate execution according to insertion orders.
● Work closely with clients and agencies to oversee the technical implementation of third-party tags, conducting thorough testing and QA prior to launch.
● Coordinate with outsourced vendor partners, supporting all operational and administrative activities related to campaign launches.
● Monitor campaign pacing and delivery on an ongoing basis, optimising performance against KPIs and providing recommendations where required.
● Collaborate with Sales Operations, Digital Media Strategy and Ad Platforms teams to support campaign execution and troubleshoot delivery issues.
● Serve as a primary point of contact for campaign delivery and Google Ad Manager-related support for internal stakeholders.
● Maintain strong knowledge of ad specifications, ad units, Condé Nast platforms and digital advertising technologies.
● Stay informed on digital media trends, products and industry developments to support internal teams with platform and campaign guidance.
Primary Skills & Qualifications
● 1-3 years of experience in Digital Ad Operations or Campaign Management.
Professional working proficiency in Italian and English, written and spoken.
● Expertise with Google Ad Manager or other ad serving platforms.
● Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
● Proficiency in Excel and confidence in handling and organising data.
● Ability to manage campaign delivery with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
● Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams.

Salary Range
The position is expected to be classified from 3rd to 2nd level under the “Graphic - Editorial” Collective Bargaining Agreement, with an annual gross salary ranging from €36.480 to €45.000, in addition to a comprehensive employee benefits package.
