Your MissionAt Decathlon, we are bound by a single, powerful purpose: to bring people together through sport to make wellbeing accessible for all. As our Campaign Intern, you will be at the heart of this mission.
Working closely with the Campaign Leader, you will drive omnichannel traffic, boost brand awareness and spark customer engagement for Decathlon Singapore. This role is all about supporting the end-to-end conception, execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
You will enable seamless project coordination and data-driven performance monitoring to maximize the commercial impact and efficiency of our commercial activations.
Key Responsibilities1. I assist in Campaign Planning and Project Execution- Coordinate project timelines and creative deliverables across retail and digital teams to ensure all campaign components are launched on time and executed fully
- Gather and compile campaign briefs, market research and competitor insights to support the strategic alignment of upcoming campaigns and new store openings
- Prepare presentation decks and visual summaries of campaign performance for periodic stakeholder and leadership updates.
- Organize assets and documentation for post-campaign reviews to help evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Collaborate with retail and digital teams to develop creative briefs for copy and visual assets in accordance with campaign direction and Decathlon brand identity
- Liaise with creatives and print production houses to facilitate the timely production and installation of in-store communications for 21+ stores and online deliverables (e.g. digital ads, website banners, EDM content, social media)
- Coordinate with retail teams across 21+ stores to execute creative and engaging in-store activations to give customers more reasons to visit us throughout the year
- Act as the secondary point of contact for internal stakeholders (i.e. store leaders, operational managers, duty managers etc.) and external vendors, including production vendors, contractors and event agencies
- Communicate status updates, asset requirements and feedback between retail, online and marketing teams
- Track campaign spending against the allocated budget to flag discrepancies and help maximize budget efficiency

- Project management support: campaign and production timeline, creative brief development, strong execution with attention to detail
- Internal & external stakeholder communication: maintain interpersonal relationship with stakeholders through regular check-ins and updates, presentation design, data literacy & analytics
- Multi-Channel Marketing: Foundational understanding of offline and online marketing strategies (retail, online, social media, digital marketing, etc.)
- Undergraduates pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Agency and marketing background will be highly valued
- Strong Team Player: Highly collaborative, supportive, and genuinely motivated to achieve success together.
