Growth Strategy & Campaign Manager - Greater China

Responsibilities 岗位职责:

• Belong to the growth department, responsible for growth indicators, especially proficient in designing user growth activities; 所属增长部门，对增长指标负责，特别是精通设计用户裂变增长活动
• Own user growth campaigns from strategy and mechanism design to execution and post-campaign analysis, with a focus on New User Acquisition, FTT and MAU growth.
  负责用户增长活动全链路，包括增长策略、活动机制、落地执行及数据复盘，对拉新、FTT、MAU等核心增长指标负责。
• Design and execute large-scale user acquisition and referral campaigns, with strong expertise in viral growth, referral mechanics and incentive design.
  独立策划大型平台级拉新及用户裂变活动，擅长邀请裂变、社交传播及激励机制设计。
• Build and optimize growth funnels and user lifecycle strategies through data analysis, continuously improving conversion, activation, retention and ROI.
  基于数据搭建增长漏斗及用户生命周期策略，持续优化转化、激活、留存及ROI。
• Develop integrated marketing campaigns, coordinate Product, Marketing, Design, Data, KOL/KOC, Community and Affiliate resources to amplify campaign impact.
  统筹产品、市场、设计、数据、KOL/KOC、社区、Affiliate等资源，制定整合营销方案，放大增长活动效果。
• Partner with Product and Data teams to identify growth opportunities and turn growth strategies into scalable product features and operational solutions.
  与产品、数据团队协作，将增长策略转化为可规模化的产品功能及运营方案。
• Leverage AI tools to improve user research, campaign ideation, data analysis, content creation and operational efficiency.
  善用AI工具提升用户研究、活动策划、数据分析、内容生产及运营效率。
• Pay attention to industry dynamics, policy changes and trends of competitive products, track the trend of cryptocurrency market, put forward targeted operation optimization suggestions, and output differentiated operation plans; 关注行业动态、政策变化及竞品动向，跟踪加密货币市场趋势，并提出针对性运营优化建议，输出差异化运营方案  
• Be familiar with blockchain industry related products, promote the implementation of business product functions, and drive business growth; 熟悉区块链行业相关产品，推进业务产品功能落地，驱动业务增长

Requirements 任职要求:

• 3+ years of experience in growth operations, campaign operations, user acquisition or related fields; experience independently managing large-scale / 1M+ user growth campaigns is preferred.
  3年以上增长运营、活动运营或用户增长经验，有独立操盘百万级用户增长项目经验。
• Strong expertise in referral & viral growth; experience at major internet platforms such as Pinduoduo, Kuaishou, Meituan, Taobao or Douyin is highly preferred.
  深度理解用户裂变及增长机制，有拼多多、快手、美团、淘宝、抖音等大型平台增长活动经验优先。
• Strong data analysis and business thinking; able to define growth metrics, identify bottlenecks and optimize strategies based on data.
  具备较强的数据分析及业务思维，能够通过数据发现问题并驱动增长策略优化。
• Strong integrated marketing and cross-functional project management capabilities.
  具备优秀的整合营销、资源协调及跨部门项目管理能力。
• Familiar with Web3 / cryptocurrency products and user behavior; CEX experience is a strong plus.
  熟悉Web3/加密行业及用户行为，有CEX经验优先。
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
  英文书面沟通能力强，能够独立阅读英文资料并与海外团队进行工作沟通。
• Highly self-driven, ownership-oriented and result-oriented, with strong problem-solving and execution capabilities.
