1. CE Events Management:
Plan, coordinate, and execute continuous education (CE) events, including webinars, workshops, seminars, and hands-on training.
Manage all logistical aspects of events:
· Venue selection and booking. Confirm delegate numbers and dietary requirements the Tuesday before the Saturday’s event.
· Double check the venue a week prior to the event to ensure it can accommodate the number of confirmed delegates.
· Arrange venue payment by the Tuesday before the Saturday’s event.
· Ensure correct AV setup
· Delegate registration and confirmation to delegates of programme, venue, etc.
· Confirmation mail on the day the registration is received confirming date, time and venue.
· Hands on boxes are packed based on the list provided by Vaneshree.
· Hands on boxes to be sent to responsible FSC to reach them 2 days before the event.
· Book flights and accommodation for KOL.
· Print basic programme and insert into event box for number of delegates attending.
· Print enough event day deals for each delegate attending and make sure it’s the correct deal for the correct lecturer.
· Include the correct POPI compliant registration forms are inside the box with the lecturer’s details, the correct date of the event and the correct accreditation number.
· Include the correct POPI compliant evaluation forms are inside the box with the lecturer’s details, the correct date of the event and the correct accreditation number.
· Display stock and Demo stock must be in two separate boxes with the ISO approved Sample Requisition Form. FSC’s are responsible to return the stock and check with event coordinator that stock is returned.
· Complete the HPSCA registration form and submit delegate information within one (1) week from the date of the event.
2. Digital Marketing & Coordination:
· Social Media Management
· Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media.
Online shop Maintenance
· Updates: Regularly update website content, including text, images, and videos.
· Technical Maintenance: Coordinate with IT or web developers to ensure the shop is functioning properly and efficiently.
· Provide customer support for registration and log ins.
· Subscriber Management: Manage email lists and segment audiences for targeted campaigns.
Data Analysis and Reporting
· Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital activities.
· Reporting: Generate regular reports on digital performance and provide insights to stakeholders.
· Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors’ digital activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Database Management: Maintain and update the customer database.
· Customer Feedback: Collect and analyse customer feedback to improve digital strategies and customer experience.
· Manage online event registration platforms and assist in resolving technical issues for participants.
Client & Stakeholder Communication:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for dental professionals interested in attending CE events, providing prompt and professional customer service.
· Communicate regularly with speakers and educators to ensure smooth event planning and execution.
3. Promotions
· Put together quarterly promotions.
· Load pricing and pdf’s on Storefront.
· Manage promotional queries.
