Welcome. We’re glad you’re here. And we’re not just saying that. We’re glad we’re here too. We are proud of this company and take great pleasure in introducing you to the Watson difference.
We are builders.
For more than 60 years we have designed and built revolutionary and award-winning workplace solutions for some of the most dynamic and innovative companies. Our designs are functional, simplistic, and manufactured with a high respect for our environment and our people. We are proud to source the best talent and materials at our manufacturing facility in Poulsbo, WA.
We’re looking for a Campaign & Demand Generation Manager who can transform marketing priorities into integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, customer growth, and business results.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and performance. You’ll partner closely with the Director of Marketing, Content & Brand Manager, sales teams, and division leaders to bring products, campaigns, and initiatives to market in a thoughtful and measurable way.
While demand generation is a critical component of this role, it is not the only focus. This position also plays an important role in product launches, go-to-market planning, customer engagement strategies, and campaign execution across multiple divisions and customer segments.
You understand that great marketing isn't measured by activity alone. It's measured by outcomes.
You know how to connect messaging, content, customer journeys, automation, and campaign execution into a coordinated system that creates meaningful business impact.
If you enjoy turning ideas into action, connecting strategy to execution, and continuously improving marketing performance, we'd love to meet you.
