About the Role
In this role, you will provide high-level coordination and administrative support to the National Capital Markets team, assisting with the delivery of campaigns and client-facing materials across the Logistics & Industrial business.
Key responsibilities will include:
Coordinating end-to-end property campaigns, including marketing collateral, vendor reports, enquiry registers and campaign documentation
Assisting with the preparation of presentations, proposals, authorities, heads of agreements and executive-level reports
Supporting the team with marketing material development, including research, layout, editing, design coordination, printing and production
Coordinating meetings, agendas, materials, video calls and stakeholder communications
Liaising with internal stakeholders including National and State Directors, brokers, EAs and external vendors or clients as required
Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
Supporting travel bookings and other administrative tasks when required
You will be a confident, polished and detail-oriented coordinator who can work with pace, discretion and initiative. You will enjoy working with senior stakeholders and be comfortable managing competing priorities in a professional services or corporate environment.
To be successful, you will ideally bring:
Previous experience in campaign coordination, marketing coordination, team coordination or high-level administration
Property, real estate, professional services or agency experience would be highly regarded
Strong attention to detail and excellent document presentation skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience using InDesign and Canva, or a willingness to further develop these skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities
A proactive, flexible and solutions-focused approach
Confidence liaising with senior stakeholders, brokers, clients and external vendors
A professional work ethic and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
