This role ensures successful execution of brand, growth, and performance campaigns tailored to local customer needs, while acting as a critical link between group marketing, country teams, and external partners. The position requires strong project management skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to maximize local market opportunities in fast-growing environments.
What you'll do
Own end-to-end management of 360° local marketing campaigns (digital, print, social, events, CRM) to drive awareness and growth.
Localize and adapt group-wide campaigns, ensuring cultural relevance, accurate translations, and smooth rollout in assigned markets.
Manage day-to-day coordination of marketing projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery across multiple channels.
Create personalized customer communication content, ensuring relevance and engagement.
Support the Country Marketing Manager, acting as backup for campaign execution, and collaborates with Social Media & Loyalty Managers.
Collaborate with Group Brand, PR, CRM, Commercial, Trade & Demand, Performance Marketing, and external agencies.
Optimize campaign and project management processes to increase efficiency and on-time delivery.
Push forward an AI approach that improves campaign results.
What we look for
Minimum 2 years of experience in campaign management or marketing project management, with proven operational execution of 360° campaigns.
Fluency in Czech and strong command of English.
Strong project management skills with ability to run multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Hands-on experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external agencies.
Affinity for working with new digital & AI tools and platforms.
