Job Purpose:
The prime responsibility of the Sales Supervisor will be to conduct market research and analysis in order to secure new business through domestic and international client exploration. Build good relationships with both existing and potential customers as well as other stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities:
• Search for new business opportunities to share with Principals on a regular basis.
• Make sales visits to both new and existing customers to maintain good relationships and to secure additional business.
• Collect market intelligence and send Sales Leads to Principals to participate in business tenders under BCO and IFF accounts.
• Negotiate and agree, within defined limits, contract amendments and renewals with customers.
• Provide feedback on the Cambodian market to the Sales Manager on a regular basis.
• Provide forecasting and other reports to the Sales Manager as required.
• Ensure that customers’ feedback on service delivery (issues and improvements) is timely reviewed and action taken as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate quality service to the customers.
• Develop strong business relationships with all stakeholders.
• Handle in line with existing procedures and limits of authority.
