Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide a high level of customer service to clients in all required forms of communication.
• Issue freight invoice for export shipments and send to customers in a timely manner as per Principals’ and customers’ requirements.
• Ensure freight payments are collected before release B/L’s (OBL and SWB).
• Issue Job Order for export shipment both PNH and KOS.
• Support Booking and B/L as required by manager.
• Build close relationship with customer and promote more business opportunities.
Education, Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills:
Essential:
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Desirable:
• Preferred experience in Shipping/freight forwarding or fresh graduate is also welcome
• Good written and spoken English
