About the location:
Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and surrounded by panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the stunning landscape, first opened its doors in August 2024 following an extensive restoration and renovation of the historic property, originally inaugurated in 1929 on a vast private estate. After its successful debut, the resort will reopen to guests in March 2025, reaffirming its status as a unique destination of luxury and elegance on the island.About the role
The Housekeeping Attendant is an integral part of the Housekeeping Team who collectively is responsible for the cleanliness and attention to detail of the hotel. The Housekeeping Attendant services guest rooms and guest housekeeping requests and is responsible for their overall comfort level.
What you will do
- Clean and organize guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Restock supplies in rooms, such as towels, soaps, and other toiletries.
- Report any damages or issues in the rooms to the maintenance staff.
- Ensure that common areas and hallways are kept clean and orderly.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests in a courteous and efficient manner.

El/La Auxiliar de Limpieza es una parte fundamental del equipo de Housekeeping, responsable en conjunto de la limpieza y la atención al detalle en el hotel.
