SANTANDER TECHNOLOGY & OPERATIONS is looking for a CALYPSO SOFTWARE ENGINEERING based in Madrid or Warsaw.
As a Calypso TA you will work in agile/not agile frameworks, workshops/events facilitation, teach and communicate with different organizational levels. You will participate in several projects, focusing on delivering value to the customer in a sustainable, iterative and collaborative way.
We need somebody to help us in different fronts:

BA Technical lead of the project.

Responsible of design major technical solutions in a high level complexity.

Collaborate with the rest of internal team using a servant leadership style and leading by example, supporting in coordination role on technical side.

Follow internally evolution of technical team developments, assuring quality and efficiency of the processes.

Lead the collaboration with external technical teams, designing and validating integrated solutions.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Required qualifications.

More than 6 years of Calypso experience.

Expert technical knowledge of Calypso main global functionalities, modules and architecture.

Technical leadership experience leading Calypso technical solutions based on technologies like Oracle, Springboot, WebServices, Gradel/Maven, Jenkins, MQ, JMS, Kafka.
