The Team:
As a key member of our Global Calypso Team, you will collaborate with a diverse group of experienced professionals in an agile environment. Roles and Responsibilities:
In this role, your impact will be significant. You will work on high-stakes projects and improve our system's functionality with a focus on results. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the Product Owner to refine functional specifications and translate them into application features.
- Utilizing Calypso, Java, and other tools to develop and implement requested features efficiently.
- Leading strategic projects and coordinating efforts with IT teams across different regions when needed.
- Participating in DevOps teams to support business users and stakeholders globally.
- Providing recommendations to enhance development tools and processes to improve efficiency.
- Applying Agile methodologies in bi-weekly sprints to deliver results and continuously iterate on solutions.
How to Succeed:

- Possess a minimum of 5 years of hands-on Calypso experience.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Calypso back-office operations, including message setups and workflows.

- Showcase strong analytical capabilities to design end-to-end solutions.
- Embrace a continuous learning mindset and be proactive in complex projects.
- Communicate effectively with business users and stakeholders across various geographical regions.
