About the Project
Dexis is seeking highly qualified Program Analysts to support anticipated work with a government client. These positions are expected to provide senior-level acquisition and program management support across DoW programs, supporting efforts from requirements development through execution and sustainment in accordance with DoW acquisition policy.
About the Position
Program Analysts will support acquisition programs across the full lifecycle, from requirements development through execution and sustainment. This role supports acquisition streamlining efforts and applies DoW acquisition and lifecycle management policies, procedures, and best practices to advance program objectives.
Program Analysts will also support Government Leads by applying DoW acquisition and lifecycle management policies to plan, analyze, coordinate, and execute program activities. The role requires the ability to independently manage multiple, cross-functional efforts while producing high-quality acquisition documentation, briefings, and program analysis

Responsibilities
- Apply DoW acquisition and lifecycle management policies (e.g., DoDI 5000 series, Adaptive Acquisition Framework).
- Support planning, development, refinement, initiation, and execution of new requirements.
- Review and evaluate program status, cost, schedule, risk, and performance.
- Prepare acquisition documentation, memoranda, staff action papers, and briefings.
- Support milestone planning, IPT participation, and program reviews.
- Track program documentation and milestones.
- Recommend tailored acquisition strategies.
- Identify and mitigate program risks.
- Support cost, schedule, and performance documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, materials, and minutes.
- Maintain SharePoint and digital repositories.
- Track taskers and provide leadership updates.
- Review contract deliverables and flag issues.
Minimum Qualifications
- Active DoW Secret clearance.
- Experience supporting DoW acquisition or program management.
- Knowledge of DoW acquisition and lifecycle policies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- SharePoint experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CBRN, SOF, or capability development programs.
- Familiarity with IPTs and milestone reviews.
- DAU certification or equivalent.
- Experience in classified environments.
