We are seeking a professional, reliable, and customer-focused Call Center Representative to handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls. The representative will assist customers with questions, account concerns, orders, complaints, and general requests while providing efficient, accurate, and courteous service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
  • Make outbound calls to customers when required.

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, accounts, orders, policies, and procedures.

  • Troubleshoot basic customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Process orders, payments, refunds, returns, appointments, account updates, and service requests as applicable.
  • Verify customer information and maintain accurate account records.
  • Document calls, customer concerns, and resolutions in the company's CRM or call-center system.
  • Follow up with customers when additional assistance or information is required.
  • Transfer or escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized departments.
  • Meet established call quality, productivity, response-time, and customer-satisfaction standards.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products, services, policies, promotions, and procedures.
  • Protect customer privacy and confidential information.
  • Follow call scripts, workflows, quality standards, and company policies when applicable.
  • Work with other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Participate in training, coaching sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous call center, customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or office experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to remain calm when handling upset or frustrated customers.
