We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Call Center Representative to handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls. The Call Center Representative will assist customers with questions, account information, orders, billing, technical issues, complaints, and general service requests while providing a positive and efficient customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
Make outbound calls to customers when required.
Identify customer needs and provide accurate information and assistance.
Handle questions regarding products, services, accounts, orders, billing, and policies.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns using established procedures.
Research customer issues and determine appropriate solutions.
Process orders, payments, returns, cancellations, appointments, and service requests as needed.
Verify customer information and update account records.
Enter accurate information into customer service and call center systems.
Document each customer interaction and resolution.
Transfer or escalate calls to supervisors or specialized departments when necessary.
Follow up with customers regarding unresolved issues.
Maintain knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures.
Protect customer information and follow privacy and security requirements.
Meet established call quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction goals.
Follow call scripts, guidelines, and company procedures when applicable.
Maintain a professional, courteous, and helpful tone during every interaction.
Perform additional customer service and administrative duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous customer service, call center, retail, sales, or office experience preferred.
