We are looking for a qualified Call Center Operations Administrator to join our team. You will ensure sales agents are meeting expectations and provide support to customer inquiries. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. You should also be able to interpret sales metrics and be goal-oriented. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Provide day to day auditing and review sales agents call recordings
- Find discrepancies in sales process and provide reporting
- Provide data to help the sales management team
- Monitor performance indicators
- Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2 years experience supporting inside sales environment
- Experience working in a CRM, preferably Salesforce
- Basic experience in Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience supporting a team
- Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
- Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be effective independently
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
