What you will do:
Les caissiers ou caissières des emplacements de divertissement Cineplex font partie intégrante des équipes qui s’engagent à offrir une expérience de divertissement exceptionnelle à chaque client. Ils s’assurent notamment de l’exactitude de chaque transaction et ont des connaissances poussées des offres en vigueur et des événements spéciaux de l’établissement, et sont ainsi en mesure d’aider les clients à profiter de toutes les opportunités qui s’offrent à eux. À ce titre, vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :
- Encourager l’achat des bracelets de jeu en expliquant bien le fonctionnement du système de crédits aux clients et en faisant valoir tous les avantages liés à l’achat des différents crédits de jeu.
- Effectuer les transactions avec le système en vigueur au point de vente et suivre les procédures en question.
- Veiller à ce que votre comptoir et son contenu soient propres, bien organisés et approvisionnés selon vos connaissances poussées des produits de la Boutique.
- Se poser comme une personne de confiance face aux clients en écoutant leurs questionnements, leurs demandes et leurs inquiétudes et en les communiquant efficacement à la direction. Veiller à ce que les invités respectent les directives et procédures de l’établissement en matière de santé et de sécurité.
Qualifications requises :

- Vous avez de l’expérience en service à la clientèle (préférablement).
- Vous portez une attention particulière aux détails.

- Vous possédez d’excellentes aptitudes de communication.

Our Amusement Cashiers are an integral part of the team who provide an exceptional entertainment experience to each and every guest. The Amusement Cashier ensures all transactions are entered correctly and is an expert on the venue’s offerings and special events to educate guests on maximizing their visit. If you thrive in an energetic, fast-paced and social atmosphere, this may be the opportunity for you!
In this role, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Upselling game tags, explaining to guests how the credit system works and the advantages of purchasing different denominations.
- Operating the Point-of-Sale systems and procedures associated with that Point of Sale
- Ensuring your counter and inventory is always well-maintained, cleaned and well stocked, and you’ve learnt the product in the Store.
- Being a trusted resource for guests, effectively handling and relaying all guest inquiries, questions, and concerns to Management and ensuring guests adhere to the venue and Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:

- For licensed venues, candidates must be the required age of majority or older.
- You preferably have some experience with customer service.
- You can complete tasks with attention to detail.
- You have quick addition and problem-solving skills.
- You have strong communication skills.
