Position Description
1. Responsible for the implementation of periodic audit warning tasks, as well as the summary, feedback, and escalation of problem points;
2. Daily monitoring of quality indicators such as daily inventory differences/expiration dates/customer complaints to drive operational improvement;
3. Responsible for supervising the implementation of operational quality improvement plans and promoting closed-loop management for improvement;
4. Responsible for conducting quality training;
5. Responsible for promoting quality culture and implementing activities.
Job Requirements
1. Associate degree (MBO-4 / HBO) or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Quality Management or a related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in warehouse/logistics inventory control (ICQA), quality management or operational quality.
3. Familiar with warehouse inventory processes (cycle counting, inventory-discrepancy handling, expiry / FIFO-FEFO control, customer-complaint handling).
4. Strong data-analysis skills; proficient in Excel / BI; able to spot anomalies from quality metrics and drive improvement.
5. Skilled in root-cause analysis and quality methods (5-Why, fishbone, PDCA, 5S); audit experience preferred.
6. Familiar with WMS operation.
7. Strong cross-functional coordination and training/communication skills; able to drive issues to closure.
8. Fluent Dutch or English; Chinese preferred (HQ liaison and reporting).
9. Six Sigma (Green Belt or above) or quality-management certification a plus.
10. Warehouse / logistics / e-commerce supply-chain industry background a plus.
Skills Required

- Audit experience
- Fluency in Chinese for headquarters liaison and reporting
- Six Sigma Green Belt or higher, or another quality-management certification
- Warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce supply-chain industry experience
